彭水影，笔名正文艺，中国高级美术指导师，文化部国家一级美术师，联合国世界文化艺术界联合会正式会员，亚洲美术家协会会员，世界艺术家排行榜上榜画家。先后担任南京大学出版社出版大型上架图书《江苏书画艺术家档案》总编辑，人民美术出版社《美术中国》南京主编、《江苏艺术家画刊》主编，《金陵画坛》主编，《金陵书画社》艺术总监，《中国艺术家数据库》主编等美术理论职务。

欣赏我的画作只能用视觉去审美，不能用传统的山水审美强加在我的画作上。我不是一位成功的画家，但我要做一位成功的艺术家。我要的成功是为自己服务，因为目前有很多我心灵的绘画结构与空间我还没有突破，我所探索出的绘画技法还不能十分完美的去阐述我的心灵画面。绘画不能当饭吃，高兴时来几笔，悠闲时思考人生，这都是在提高绘画意识，超越灵感。
