彭水影,笔名正文艺,中国高级美术指导师,联合国世界文化艺术界联合会正式会员,亚洲美术家协会会员,世界艺术家排行榜上榜画家。先后担任南京大学出版社出版大型上架图书《江苏书画艺术家档案》总编辑,人民美术出版社《美术中国》南京主编、《江苏艺术家画刊》主编,《金陵画坛》主编,《金陵书画院》艺术总监,《中国艺术家数据库》主编等美术理论职务。

这个地球是一个多彩的星球,人的眼睛能看到的颜色,并不是代表真真的世界,有很多比较微弱的色彩只有摄影机才能捕捉到。我绘画的动力就来源于我对色彩的理解,我是一位宇宙视觉心灵感应者,一般在睡前我会躺在床上打开自己的脑电波去接收宇宙赋予我的三维奇幻空间。我能在那种状态下看到很多比较抽象神奇超越人类视觉无法理解的山山水水。我也喜欢很传统的山水画面,但是要我去学去模,我做不到。拿起画笔我就很排斥一笔一划,所以我知道我要表达什么,我绘画仅仅停留在我的精神层面,我是为自己作画。

欣赏我的画作只能用视觉去审美,不能用传统的山水审美强加在我的画作上。我不是一位成功的画家,但我要做一位成功的艺术家。我要的成功是为自己服务,因为目前有很多我心灵的绘画结构与空间我还没有突破,我所探索出的绘画技法还不能十分完美的去阐述我的心灵画面。绘画不能当饭吃,高兴时来几笔,悠闲时思考人生,这都是在提高绘画意识,超越灵感。
Appreciation of my paintings can only be aesthetic with vision, not imposed on my paintings with traditional landscape aesthetics. I am not a successful painter, but I want to be a successful artist. The success I want is to serve myself, because at present, there are many painting structures and spaces of my mind, I have not broken through, and the painting techniques I have explored can not perfectly explain my mind picture. Painting can't be eaten as food. When you are happy, write a few strokes, and think about life at leisure.
